These apps are for the staff, partners and clients of the companies we run. If something isn't working, your company's office can usually sort it out first; you can also reach us directly.

Signing in

• Sign in with your username (first.last) or your e-mail address.
• Forgot your password? On the sign-in page, choose Forgot your password and type your username or e-mail: a link to choose a new one comes to your e-mail. A link works once, for a limited time; if it has stopped working, ask for another the same way.
• No e-mail on your account? Ask your office for a password link: they can show it to you as a code to scan with your phone.

Printing labels

• Turn the label printer on and keep it near the phone.
• In TaskPoint, tap your name, then Label printer, then Pick printer, and choose your printer (or scan the QR sticker on it). After that it connects by itself.
• Allow Bluetooth when the phone asks.

No signal

Keep working: TaskPoint saves on the phone and sends everything once there's a connection. The dot at the top turns green when it's caught up.
